| What | When | Who can see it | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your name and verified email from Google, Microsoft, Facebook or LinkedIn, and your last 20 sign-in times | When you sign in | Only the site owner. No page shows it | Until you delete your account |
| Family trees you save: names, gender, dates of birth, photos, notes, and the private mobile and email fields | When you save a tree | You. People you share a tree with see it read-only, with dates of birth, notes, emails and mobiles only as you choose (emails and mobiles are off unless you turn them on) | Until you delete the tree or your account |
| Photos you upload (at most 250 KB each) | When you upload one | You, and people you share a tree showing it with | Until you delete your account; photos no saved tree uses are removed after a day |
| Mind Games results (scores, reaction times, mood and energy answers) | When you choose Save to my account | Only you | Until you delete them or your account |
| Visit counts (Google Analytics) | Only if you accept analytics cookies. Never on the Family Tree or the games | The site owner, as totals | Google's standard retention |
Trees you build without signing in stay in your browser only. Signed-in data is kept privately on Google Cloud. Mind Games are wellness indicators, not medical tests.
